Easy process of ordering online. The arrangement was full of flowers, even if I just ordered the standard arrangement. However, the hydrangeas have wilted on the same day the flowers were picked up. -----Response: Hi Aileen, Thank you for your post and review. If ever you’re unhappy with an item that you’re picking up, we will stop what we’re doing to recreate a new one for you. Regarding the Hydrangeas, they drink water like a fish, so please be sure to keep to keep them hydrated with plenty of water in the vase. Thanks you. Regards, Jim
